offers group yoga classes and monthly meal-prep classes for residents interested in plant-based cooking.

provides breast and cervical cancer screenings for our clients.

their homeless and formerly homeless advocates educate clients about policy issues relevant to homelessness and encourage women to get involved in advocacy.

facilitate women’s health and health promotion classes.

provides a three- day spiritual recovery retreat for residents and runs a “Grounded in God” meeting once a month.
